Not actually this poncho that’s the issue

Not actually this poncho that’s the issue. It’s the returns process.
Ive registered a return to send back and not heard from anyone. There’s no obvious return label,no return address listed and way of contacting them. I’m stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit me and only 14 days return to send it back.
Really shoddy customer service.
